We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be aware that all order preparations are recorded on video, including product tests and packaging, with each dispatch assigned a unique number for verification purposes. It's crucial to contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issues. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or digital goods like Ebooks, lifetime warranties, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@curly-twist.com. Ensure the delivery address you provided during your order is accurate. If the address is incorrect and a replacement needs to be sent, replacement charges will be applied. Or, if your package was delivered but not collected, replacement charges will be incurred. Return conditions are governed by French law, which will be applied in case of a return request, as stipulated by the legislation and regulations in force in France. Furthermore, each returned package must be exactly in the condition in which it was delivered to be resold. The packaging, instructions, and any plastic protections must be in the same state. We will systematically request photos of the package to prove it's in perfect condition. Once your return is processed, we'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the product is in good condition, the refund will be approved, and you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and all returns will be made to our warehouse located in China; the return address will be communicated by email. The costs associated with returning cannot be calculated in advance but vary depending on your location. Moreover, each returned package must be exactly in the state in which it was delivered to be resold. The packaging, instructions, and any plastic protections must be in the same state; otherwise, we may deduct twenty percent from the refund amount. For security reasons, we are only able to refund the card used at the time of payment. Moreover, the refund process may take up to 30 days to be carried out by our services handling your returns. Remember, the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time (2 to 3 working days).

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@curly-twist.com with the subject line "Return Parcel N°" and add your order number as the subject of your email. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
